It's supported by BIG firms like Nokia, Mozilla, Google, Apple, IBM etc And it's totally opensource & a new part of the HTML5. Some experimental virtual worlds are already running with WebGL. 2011 will probably be a revolution in accessibility, i hope so at least :) I believe really hard in WebGL as a new 3D standard. I'll be reading the reviews with great interest. I can't seem to find any information about when OTOY services will be available. There have been some demo videos.
