There's also the problem that Steam is a gaming platform updater and Second Life is not a game, a "Virtual Worlds" updater that included support for MMO's, Inworldz, Heritage Key, IMVU etc would be the ideal way to go in my opinion. That could also include updates of non official SL viewers such as Emerald, Imprudence, Hippo and the Cool VW Viewer (and all the other viewers I've just missed out on). SLCC was a great event and I'm still working out my notes before I post about some of the great things that happened and the people I met. I only briefly met you Dusan, but it was definitely a blast.
